Lubaga Hospital participates in the “National Child Days plus Activities which take place twice a year in April and October. During these days, the immunization status of the children is checked and where necessary children are immunized. In addition all children between 1 and 14 years are dewormed; Vitamin A supplements are given to children from 6 months to 5 years. Child Days plus are carried out in schools, community outreaches and charitable organizations around Lubaga Hospital catchment area.
