Postnatal clinics run from Mondays to Fridays for mothers who turn up at six days, six weeks and at six months after delivery. During postnatal clinics, mothers and their babies are examined fully for any complications which might have arose after delivery. Mothers are also counselled on breast feeding and natural family planning. The babies are immunized. If there are any problem/complications with mothers, they are reviewed by Medical officers who are scheduled for the clinics and then babies with big are referred to the Peadiatrician in OPD.
