Quality Policy

Lubaga Hospital Laboratory commits to provide Quality Medical Laboratory services by:

  • Maintaining competent staff who adhere to the policies and procedures of the laboratory at all times.

Quality Objectives

  • To establish and maintain of a Quality Management System.
  • To provide medical laboratory testing services in accordance with the applicable standards to satisfy the expectation of customers and satisfy the requirements of ISO 15189 accreditation.
  • To ensure that all the laboratory personnel are familiar with the documented quality system and are competent in performing their assigned duties.
  • To ensure that all lab equipment used in testing is properly maintained and monitored.
  • To provide conducive and safe working environment.
